PPC Advertising at MySpace - Self Serve

Looks like it's finally here - Self Serve PPC Ads for Myspace. People have been  wondering when this would be launched for more than a few months now. MySpace follows FaceBook opening their audience to 3rd party advertisers.

If you haven't heard about it yet, here's some info from MySpace:

What is the MySpace Self-Serve Advertising Service?

The Self-Serve Advertising Service provides a quick and easy way for you to create an advertising campaign on MySpace while staying within your budget. With the Self-Serve Advertising Service, you can create and manage online campaigns targeted at other MySpace users. Advertisements that you create with the Self-Serve Advertising Service will appear throughout MySpace, giving you a chance to place your message in front of millions of potential customers to help drive them to your profile.

When you create an advertising campaign with the Self-Serve Advertising Service, you choose the audience you want to target with your ad, indicate how long you want the ad to run, and specify the maximum amount you are willing to spend. There is no fee for you advertisement to appear on MySpace. You only pay when someone clicks on your ad and visits your profile to learn more about your offer. We will keep showing your ad on MySpace until your campaign has reached its expiration date, or you have reached your spending limit.

There's a $25 minimum order and it looks like a $0.25 CPC minimum. (I think this depends on the targeting you go after, though.) Yes, there's pretty cool targeting - male/female, age, + all the myspace categories.

Here's the only other recent link i can find that mentions it at the moment. Everyone keeping it a secret? I imagine by this morning word will start to spread even more across the internet.
