The longer you're around and the more you do, the more power you have over what appears prominently on the site.

So, instead of a single 'Editor' or 'publisher' (those archaic industrial age terms) a lot of different artists and art lovers will help choose the destiny of some works of art... Instead of an automatic system of being able to do more on the site, i want to leave it up to committee. We can discuss it in the forums or via email. An automatic system just doesn't seem right - if we pick good editors, we're more likely to find and enjoy the great work...
