Flick Filosopher - The site debuted on September 8, 1997, on server space provided with an AOL membership. The site quickly outgrew the meager space provided by AOL and moved to Simplenet (now Yahoo! Websites) in December 1997. In March 1998, the site got its own fancified vanity URL, flickfilosopher.com.
